There are potentially thousands of property tax bills that have been issued in Bell County where a late filing penalty has been inadvertently applied. BTM recently discovered this error and pointed it out to the County. They are in the process of correcting the issue, but we would recommend that you double-check all Bell County tax bills to be sure yours is correct.
